CI Australia is offering a fantastic opportunity for new graduates or those in their final year of study to join our highly renowned agency team!

Based 6 months in our Sydney CBD office and 6 months in our North Sydney office, we are looking for a passionate employee eager to kick-start their career in the property industry. The role is flexible and suited to 3-4 days per week. 

Sitting within our marketing and research department, you will be exposed to our world of real estate through direct relationships with our commercial leasing and investment sales teams, where you will assist in the maintenance of our database, retention of industry research and other administrative tasks as you put your academic studies into practical experience.

This 12 month part-time program offers the opportunity for a full-time role depending on individual performance and integration with our team!

Our sales team holds a strong reputation and dominant presence in the North Shore market, the opportunity to join our team has come and we are looking for a recent graduate in property economics or similar for a full time position. 

Your duties will include:

  • Managing appropriate suburbs and areas to gain results 

Your key features will demonstrate:

Commercial Leasing - Full Time

CI Australia is looking for an experienced individual to join our North Shore Commercial Leasing team!

Your role will be to integrate with our highly regarded team which holds a strong reputation and dominant presence in the North Shore market. After an ongoing period of success our team is looking to expand by offering a full-time position, requiring dedication and commitment to enhancing our ongoing service.

Your duties will include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, owners and tenants
  • Recognising client needs
  • Responding to tasks efficiently and professionally
  • Continuously sourcing business through networking
  • Organising targeted marketing
  • Building a solid track record
  • Achieving revenue targets

Your key requirements are:

  • At least two years experience in the commercial, industrial or retail sector
  • Preferably specialised in leasing or sales
  • The ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, landlords and tenants
  • Ability to demonstrate a proven track record of successfully closing deals

You will report directly to the Director of Leasing and will be responsible for providing support with respect to the teams requirements.
