We are seeking a driven Tenant Representative, responsible for increasing our success in the corporate real estate sector, by positioning the depth of the company’s services within the ‘C suite level’ of corporate Australia. You will be responsible for selling and executing Tenant Representation services to Corporate Clients, with a focus on the Brisbane and wider Queensland market place.
Reporting to the Director of CRE, you will have responsibility for planning and executing client engagement strategies with key decision makers of target clients nationally.

We are looking for a full-time Land Economist to join our Research department. The role will review research data analyses and provide feasibility and cash flow studies to assist lessors or buyers in understanding the market to enable them to maximise the value of their investment.
The work will include qualifying and acquiring potential tenants as well as landlord management and deal progression. The role also includes the preparation of submission documents, Information Memorandum’s, reports, data input, maintenance and research.
