CI Australia is looking for an experienced senior property manager to join our Asset Management Team in Sydney.  Reporting to the Property Portfolio Contract Manager, this role is responsible for providing property management services across a diverse high profile property portfolio to a valued client.

 

Key duties:

  • Delivering property management services aligned with the Property Management Service Agreement, including but not limited to:

          o    Critical date and lease life cycle management

          o    Rent reviews, lease renewals and expiries management

          o    Arrears management

          o    Financial management

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provision of strategic advice on portfolio matters
  • Leading and supervising the Regional Property Portfolio Team

 

Your key requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as property, management, finance, commerce or business equivalent qualifications;
  • Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration;
  • Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in land economics, valuations, property finance reporting or other corporate real estate functions;
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a diverse property portfolio and projects;
  • A sound commercial approach with experience in strategic management, business and financial planning;
  • Proven managerial ability to interact successfully at a junior manager level and work as part of a team;
  • Developed communication, interpersonal and relationship/stakeholder management with excellent writing skills;
  • A strong understanding of the practice and requirements of property and environmental dealings;
