Reporting to the Property Portfolio Contract Manager, this role is responsible for providing property management services across a diverse high profile property portfolio to a valued client. Key duties:Delivering property management services at assigned portfolio, including but not limited to:• Critical dates and lease life cycle management• Rent reviews, lease renewals and expiries management and negotiations• Arrears management• Financial management and monthly reporting• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders• Provision of strategic advice on portfolio matters• Leading and supervising the assigned Property Officer• Business case writing and submissions Your key requirements:• Minimum 3 years experience as a commercial/retail property manager or in a similar role• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as property, management, finance, commerce or business equivalent• Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration• Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in land economics, valuations, property finance reporting or other corporate real estate functions• Demonstrated experience in managing a diverse property portfolio• Proven managerial ability to interact successfully at a junior manager level and work as part of a team• Developed communication, interpersonal and relationship/stakeholder management with excellent writing skills• An understanding of the Retail Lease Act 1994 (NSW) and Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (NSW)
