FINALISTS in the 2016 REINSW Awards for Commercial Agency 'Large'
Congratulations to the CI Team!
Due to consistent results and ongoing growth, CI Australia has been nominated as FINALISTS in the 2016 REINSW Awards for Commercial Agency 'Large'.
This is excellent recognition for CI in such a highly demanded category, mainly dominated by large international agencies.
"Being recognised in this category is testament to our ongoing growth and success. Since our re-brand in 2015, CI has embarked on a major evolution of our service delivery lines and internal work place environment - the results are only starting to hit the surface and we look forward to continuing the CI evolution in every aspect of our business" - Andrew Hunter, CEO, CI Australia
CI is on a growth mission to expand nationally. Leveraging from our connections with parent companies APP, Broadspectrum and Ferrovial, CI has access to widening global markets. With growing presence in Melbourne and licences acquired for further national expansion, CI is able to offer major portfolios, clients and local councils an all encompassing service with national spread.
Such an example of our client confidence is the re-signing and expansion of the management for major portfolios such as Roads and Maritime Services and RailCorp (Sydney Trains). We have also acted for Government Property NSW on a diverse range of transactions, so far completing three portfolios within the past few months with more appointments to come. In addition to this, our company transaction average has lifted to results between $90-$200Million (previously $20-$50Million).
In line with this national and corporate growth, CI has also grown internally with new additions to our department teams and the implementation of a variety of social initiatives to drive a health, work & family balance. The introduction of an employee recognition program has driven staff engagement, furthering a friendly and active environment that makes working with our teams all the more enjoyable for our clients. New technological advances such as improvements to our software and IT systems as well as the provision of mobile devices encourages a flexible and efficient work place suited to varying needs.
We believe this to be the foundations of a stronger and more dominant CI which is soon to spread across the continent. We are excited for the years ahead and look forward to delivering the same specialised service to clients across a broader network.
