In such a highly contested category mainly dominated by large international agencies, CI is thrilled to be named winner of the ‘Commercial Agency - Large' category.

In July 2017 we opened our new Brisbane office enhancing our national reach in-line with our client demands and our corporate strategy, and are actively seeking additional opportunities in Melbourne and Perth. Being named winner is a tremendous achievement and testament to the hard work and dedication of CI’s management and staff.”
Our client confidence is strong with the re-signing and major expansion of our services on a number of our major management portfolios particularly with our government and local council clients. We also have acted on substantial government transactions for Government Property NSW on a diverse range of transactions, completing numerous portfolios during the last year. The level of our major transactions continues to rise with one of our most recent successes being the sale of 105 Phillip Street, Parramatta for $230million.
CI continues to work with major government bodies, institutions, funds management corporations, local council and private clients with an all encompassing service line. With our continued growth and leveraging from our connections with parent companies APP, Broadspectrum and Ferrovial, CI has access to widening global markets. With the addition of a dedicated Asian Desk, we are expanding our international reach and connections for our clients.
CI has grown internally with continued expansion of our department teams including our new Tenant Representation Services division which acts nationally for major clients. We continue to develop a wide variety of social initiatives to drive a health, work and family balance which has been positively accepted by CI staff. Improvements to our software and IT systems as well as the provision of innovative mobile devices encourage a flexible and efficient work place suited to varying needs.
