CI Australia is proud to announce refreshed company values for 2019, to continue driving our inclusive working environment and delivery of exceptional client service.
The five core values relate to welcoming and celebrating individuality; thriving on purpose; being accountable; always acting with integrity; and going the extra mile.
CI CEO Andrew Hunter (pictured) said, "Our company values have always played an important role in shaping our business, internally and externally. While our core principles such as unwavering integrity have and always will remain key, we wanted to celebrate and highlight certain aspects that we look for in and offer to, our valued employees. These include a dedication to delivering the highest quality of service and results for our clients and colleagues, always striving to do better, and our focus on an understanding and inclusive culture.”
CI has also introduced its 2019 Annual Events Calendar for staff, which is comprised of a robust schedule of internal and external events focusing on physical and mental health, charity initiatives, team building days and social events.
CI has received recognition in industry awards for its internal initiatives, as well as the strong results we continue to achieve for clients. Recently, these are being named as a finalist in the 2018 Real Estate Institute of NSW Awards (REINSW) for 'Commercial Agency - Large', and nominated as a finalist in the Property Council of Australia's 2019 Awards for Innovation and Excellence, to be announced in May 2019.
