We were appointed to market a 25,000 square metre office building in Sydney's Parramatta - 105 Phillip Street - at the commencement of construction as a forward funding transaction. Following a high-impact international marketing campaign, the transaction was completed for a record price at the time with Charter Hall of $230 million. As a result of the campaign’s success and our dedication to the sale, our team won the ‘Property Transaction of the Year’ Award at the 2017 DEXUS 'Excellence in Agency' Awards.
