Southern Cross Austereo, The Barracks, Brisbane 2,605sqm

Assisted one of Australia’s largest media and entertainment groups, Southern Cross Austereo, with its search for a new office in Brisbane. Our team provided tenant representation services to acquire a new office within The Barracks at 61 Petrie Terrace. Services included a needs analysis, property strategy, tenant representation, pre lease due diligence and lease negotiations on a 10-year term.

Henning Harders, 100 William Street, Sydney 1000 sqm

After occupying a C Grade building for 10 years, Henning Harders engaged our team to identify and lease appropriate commercial space. We successfully negotiated commercial lease terms within their existing tenancy, as well as expansion and building signage rights. This allowed Henning Harders to re-establish a larger presence in Sydney without moving offices and offer staff a more flexible working environment across a refreshed 1,430 square metres.

CI's Director of Tenant Representation, Beau Stewart, had represented Henning Harders previously and in fact, was the operative responsible for helping them relocate from their 15-year home to 100 William Street tenancy initially, seven years prior, before he joined CI. This reflected Mr Stewart's expertise, and CI's dedication to client service excellence.
