A major tenant was vacating in July 2017. We implemented a strategy that ensured the landlord left the existing fit-out and furniture and provided advice on what fit-out items should remain. Our team split suites into smaller areas to capture tenant demand and issued a clear, targeted marketing campaign, advertising effective gross rentals which created a surge in enquiry levels. The result? Over eight transactions from 200-740sqm achieved and a 98% occupancy rate as at December 2017.
